We are an eco-friendly establishment. Our sustainability measures include solar panels, a free electric vehicle charger, recycling, 100% recycled paper products and biodegradable cleaning products.
The average high temperature in Alma in July and August is 23C (73F), with little variation. Our rooms are not air conditioned as we believe it is unnecessary. Opening the windows to get the ocean breeze we feel is healthier and more natural. There is a fan available in every room for your added comfort. If you believe you need your room to remain at or below a certain temperature such as 21C (70F) at all times, we invite you to visit us during the shoulder season; for example, May or October.

There is a minimum two-night stay between May 15 and October 13, 2024.
There is a discount of $25 per night for single occupancy. An extra $25 will be charged for each additional person to a maximum of four people per room. A $10 charge will apply for making up the sofa bed if only two people are in the family room.
We are unable to accommodate children under five years of age and we are a smoke-free and pet-free property.

Cancellation Policy
A valid VISA, Master Card or American Express card number and expiry date are required to confirm a room booking.
Payment will be due upon arrival.
There is an administration fee of 10% plus tax for all cancellations or shortened stays. Cancellation notice of 4 full days before day of arrival is required.
If notice of cancellation is received less than 4 days before the arrival date, a fee of one night’s lodging will apply (and the administration fee will apply to any other nights booked), unless we are able to book the room for the entire stay with another party or parties, in which case only the administration fee will apply.
